Tactile Turn N Match

Tactile Touch ‘n’ Match offers multiple ways for preschoolers to compare textures and match identical ones.Five pentagons, each with five identical textures, rotate around a fixed rod, allowing children to spin the wheels and mix or match.Mixing easily leads to creating patterns. Five cylinders, one for each texture, provide another way to explore the concept of alike and different.Turning the wheel to line up the textures builds eye-hand coordination and fine motor skills. Distinguishing among the textures takes concentration and develops tactile perception and discrimination. Children develop cognitive and language skills as they learn words to describe the textures.
